Shipping Policy

Free Shipping – Eligibility

We offer Free Shipping on all your order value of Rs.400 and above subject to certain conditions. Free shipping is applicable to single destination only i.e shipping will be done only to the specified single shipping address. Changing destinations, cancelling / combining your orders, changes in mode of shipping may affect your Free Shipping eligibility. We reserve our right to make changes in our Free Shipping policy at any time. Big items and small items will not qualify for this Free Shipping.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are relatively higher in cases of small items as such delivery charges of Rs.50 is charged on all items of purchase value below Rs.400

Delivery time

Normally we ship the products in 3 working days. In certain cases the time taken maybe a little more and may take upto 5 working days or more. Delivery time depends on the sourcing time required for that particular product, availability of the product, the delivery location of that product, Courier partner's delivery time to that particular location etc. While we are taking all care in keeping up the delivery schedule, we do not accept any responsibility for the possible delay in delivery timings that maybe caused due to some external factors in the normal course of business practices.

Delivery days

We deliver on all working days from Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and all Public holidays.

Delivery Mode

To ensure the delivery of products in good condition and in time (to the extent possible), we ship the products through reputed and standard courier partners and Indian Speedpost only.

Delivery time for Multiple orders

In view of the different sourcing time and availability of the products under multiple orders, it may not be always possible to ship all the ordered items under multiple order in one single consignment. In such cases, we may have to ship them in more than one shipment.


All items of shipping will invariably be done with an Invoice with all details on Prcing, Tax, and other relevant charges if any for that product/s.

Additional Charges

There are no additional or hidden charges in Prices mentioned against products are final and inclusive of all taxes, etc. Delivery charges (if applicable ) is displayed in the final checkout page during checkout.

Non-delivery of items after Delivery date

Please check the status of delivery in tracking: For status of “ Delivered “ cases please check locally for all possibilities of items received and lying unnoticed – checking with family members or others. For status of “ Undelivered “ cases ( might be returned undelivered for want of correct address or for other reasons) please write to us with correct shipping address for re-shipping. In such case re-shipping cost is chargeable. Combining / Splitting orders

Combining of multiple orders is possible in cases where such orders are from same account, and to same shipping address, the multiple ordered products' availability at the same time etc. Similarly splitting of single order is also done in cases where the ordered items have different sourcing places or different delivery time etc.


You can very well track the shipped item both in our website as well as the respective courier partner's website through the tracking process of the consignment. We take all care in ensuring that the products are shipped to you through reliable courier partners or Indian Speedpost.


Packing is done at our end with utmsot care with relevant best materials to ensure that the package reaches you in good condition at all times.

Electronic items are insured against any possible theft and damages during transit. Other items are not.
